The Girl Who Could Separate
This one is loosely based on the “Nadia” series in my faves. For those who don’t know, that series of comics is about a girl who, because of her father’s last gift before he passed away, could split herself in half with no problem. This is my take on it.
As Carlie sat and watched the movie, she reached over and took a fistful of popcorn from her hips. Not her lap, her hips. Or rather, that flat patch of skin across the top of her hips, the one that was always there when she did this.
She reached over and touched her leg again, marveling. Here it had been how long? 8 years.
It all started when she was 14. She’d known her dad did magic, some of the best ever seen according to the reviews. Nobody could figure it out. Honestly, not even her. She watched as, many times, her dad apparently cut her mom in half, her mom seemingly happy, enjoying it, before her dad put her back together. That’s what it appeared as. Carlie knew the way it worked, that secret panels, secret tricks, made it appear to have impossible things happen. She thought that was the case.
Then her dad told her that, for the next show, she’d be the one cut in half. She was excited and a little nervous, asking both her parents what she needed to learn, how she needed to think and move. Both of them just assured her that she’d be fine, just to do what she’d seen her mom do.
During the show, in her new outfit, she paced a little, wondering, nervous. Then she was called onto the stage with the announcement she’d be the one in the next trick, the very first time she’d ever been in one.
She tried to remember what her mom did as she went out and hopped up on the table, reclining on it and pressing to find the secret panel. Nothing? Yes, it was just a flat surface. Her dad placed the bands over her waist as she started to really wonder.
That’s the first time she felt it — the saw blade on her waist. What was going on? She felt the blade scrape against her waist the first time, but there wasn’t any pain, no pain at all. The second stroke she felt it dig deeper, but, still, no pain.
As he continued, she could feel the saw split her skin without pain or blood as her dad started to really saw into her. He really was sawing her in half and she felt great.
In fact, as the saw kept going, she felt better and better, the pleasure increasing. She wasn’t that experienced at life, but, as it separated her spine, the pain intensified so much she couldn’t help but smile big.
She really was in two pieces. She knew it. She felt great but she knew her body was not in one piece. He slid her halves apart and she just waved at the audience, not wanting it to end, but, eventually, it had to.
That was just the first time. Since then, she was split in half many other times and many other ways.
Then the accident.
They were on tour, the truck loaded with all the supplies for the show. It was always her parents and her, discussing the fact that it was real magic, nothing fake, no illusions.
But the corner came up and another car sped around it. Her dad overcorrected and sent the truck rolling.
She’d been spared. She only had a few bruises but the hospital gave her the bad news. Her mom died instantly. Her dad was barely holding on but asked to see her.
It was then that he promised her that whatever she wanted, no matter what, he would make it happen.
As he said this, she remembered all those times she’d been split in half. Each time she felt so great, so wonderful. It’s something she wanted to carry. She asked her dad for the ability not just to have someone else saw her in half but to be able to divide herself at will. She wanted total control.
He died soon after and, after the funeral, she reached down to her waist, wondering if it happened. Her fingers went into her as she focused on it. Her body separating fully at her waist.
She didn’t want to freak anyone out at first. This was something nobody else could do, not in any way. So she kept it secret for a while, worked out exactly how it could be done. She learned to move, quite successfully, in her divided state, even able to walk with only her hips and legs.
Soon, it wasn’t a secret. Her friends and family learned about this and she found she didn’t mind as much.
That was all 8 years ago. Even now, as she sat in the theater, she felt great being in two, sitting next to her lower half. She wondered if anyone else ever envied her.
She didn’t seem to age, something she wondered about, but always felt so good. She could even use it when she dated, giving her dates a real treat in sessions that had very unusual and sensual experiences.
But she knew she’d been blessed. Who else could really say that they could do this at will and be like this, maybe forever?
