Finally, I have finished the last piece (for now) for inspirational artist dedication. ^^ And just as I promised a month ago, it goes to *<a class="u" href="https://annie13.deviantart.com/">Annie13</a>.<br /><br />The Wotch has been on hiatus for almost a year now, and I would really love to see it come back in the form of something that's not a guest filler. (No offense to anyone who's creating those guest fillers...) But the more I think about it, the more I realize just how badly Anne needed this break. I'm not gonna get into detail as to why, but let's just say that few people I know have taken more heat than her and somehow managed to hang in there.
