I discussed this idea with ~<a class="u" href="https://jeffanime.deviantart.com/">Jeffanime</a> a few weeks ago, since I felt like doing a drawing that capitalizes on Azalea's new electric-manipulation power. Here we see a gigantic machine Nami just invented that needs a lot of power to work. What does it do? I don't know.
