One of the first fantastical sex change stories I read was Changeling by Graham Masterton. It was an interesting story for a first story, but I was bothered both by the nonconsensual element and the implication that becoming a woman was inherently undesirable.

I don't know why I thought of that story recently, but I thought about how it could have been approached with elements of consent, and that led to this story, one side of a conversation where someone asks their partner to consensually enter into body-switching sex instead of being tricked into it.
