And that's a wrap on Fade! As I said near the start of the story, I wanted to show how the TG wish trope could get complicated as the subject of the wish lives their live, and I hope I showed that to some degree while still providing an interesting story with a satisfying conclusion.
With this story completed, I'm back to shorter stories, at least for a while. I have three "Gendrverse" stories ready to go - a one-part story from Terry/Teri's POV, a two-part follow up to Tended from Chuck's POV, and a one-part story from Doreen's POV. After that, we'll see what I'm able to get done - I've got an idea for a story about Celia and Quinn attending parent-teacher conferences, but the dialogue is fighting me, and who knows when I'll be inspired to write another serial.
