Lying, even with good intent, tends to catch up with you. The only questions are how long you can keep ahead and how well you can maneuver once you get caught.
As an aside, I *highly* recommend reading Psalm for the Wild-Built. It's a very well-written book that explores human happiness and satisfaction in a way that I hadn't previously encountered. I explicitly do not recommend using the book as a fig leaf when sending sexy pictures to your sex-swapping romantic interest after one date, but I'm not the boss of you and can't stop you from doing it.
