Surgery report: Agent Angel (Angel Torso)

After the subject was strapped to the surgery table, she was sedated in such a way that she could no longer move or feel anything but remained fully awake and receptive.

As instructed, up to a certain point of the surgery it was ensured that she would witness the procedure in detail.

Once everything was set up and prepared, we started with the removal of her arms, first left, then right, both extracted fully from her shoulders. Her legs were removed next, again first left, then right, both fully extracted from her hip joints. Her limbs were carried out of the room for immediate disposal.

After the wounds had been sealed, everything was prepared for the removal of the subject’s head as well as the modifications that were ordered along with it.

At this point the subject was fully sedated. This concluded the order to make sure the removal of her own limbs was the last thing she would ever see.

Once the subject was completely anesthetized, we first had to create enough space in her torso to accommodate her brain. To achieve that, we removed a lung and most of her stomach. Part of her ribcage was modified to ensure proper protection for the brain.

We then started to work on her head. First, we made sure to isolate and preserve the parts that were ordered to be re-used in the torso, lips, tongue, and part of the interior of her mouth. Then the brain was carefully extracted and moved down into her ribcage, seating it in its new home and making sure nerves and blood flow were intact.

The soft interior tissue of her mouth was formed into a tube shape and transplanted into the top part of her feeding tube. Her tongue was heavily reduced in size and seated into her tube-mouth. Her lips were transplanted onto the entrance of her feeding hole and colored with permanent makeup. They are closed by default but open easily when something is pushed into them. Her windpipe was rerouted to a hole below her lips and fitted with a replaceable filter to prevent foreign objects from entering.

The subject was kept in an induced coma until everything had healed together properly.

All tests with her after waking up were successful. She seems to be conscious and aware of herself and her situation.

“Have they conditioned her in any way before the surgery? Like the limbless doll we inspected last week?”

“No, she got caught and was modified into this form straight. In there she should still be the same person. Assuming, of course, that her brain was not damaged during the surgery. According to this report, she should be totally herself still.”

“Fuck, I can only imagine how it must be to be trapped inside such a body forever. Have you interacted with her already?”
