So I've been sitting on this story for a while now, re-reading it, unsure if I should post or not, but here we are! The reveal of Madelyn's big secret! I think moving forward this is going to be a fun addition to her character and should hopefully lead to some really interesting and kinky situations moving forward!

It had started off like any other day for Kayla. She headed into the office to get some paperwork done before following up on one of her leads. She had just sat down at her desk and barely settled in before Toby zipped over. Kayla eyed him with suspicion.
"You look like you're up to something," she said.
"Did you hear about the new hire?"
"What? No! When did they do that?"
"Yesterday. Apparently, she only had two interviews, and was hired right away after the second one."
"You're joking."
"Wish I was, for your sake of course. I know how big your ego is after all."
Kayla gave Toby one of her infamous glares. He immediately backed off and started profusely apologizing. In the meantime, Kayla wondered about the new hire. I was inspired by some other detective stories I read on here that featured this for their characters, as well as the Didnapper series. In any case, it should lead to some fun times in future stories so be on the lookout for that!
