Since the passing of the Slave Laws of 2038, countless new businesses have popped up to support the rapidly growing trade. One of the more interesting is the Chained Beauty Casino, an luxury establishment that caters to an all female clientele with high stakes gambling in an atmosphere of ultra luxury. The catch is, the women are betting themselves.

When a new gambler enters, she starts at 'cages', where a member of the staff inspects her to get a rough estimate of the price she is likely to fetch on the open market. This determines how many chips she gets. In addition to them, she is given a collar to wear. It has a radio tracker, which will signal casino security if she tries to leaves the building with it on. It also has a timer. She has until the timer counts down to gamble and win enough to purchase one of the keys that can unlock her collar and hopefully some extra left over. If the time runs out or she loses all her chips, she winds up the property of the casino and will either be put to work in one of their other casinos or resorts or if they don't need new staff at the moment, sold on the open market.

Though the odds are stacked against the women, the place remains popular. Those with no place else, facing enslavement for other reasons, see it as a sort of last resort, one final throw of the dice. If they are somehow lucky enough to win, they may walk away with the money to pay off their debts and make a fresh start. If they lose, well they were going to be enslaved anyway. They haven't lost anything really...
