Just a selfish bit of indulgence, getting two of my favourite fictional thieves into a bondage duel. I based Carmen Sandiego a bit on both the old and new cartoon versions. Her brimming confidence being the old but the stealing for good thing being the new.

And Catwoman is Catwoman, of course. Nothing else to say there. And I wanted to have Batman make a cameo appearance. As my once favourite superhero, I had to indulge that as well. All in all, this was a horrendously self-indulgent piece of work. And I loved writing it.
