Click! Our scene waste no time in opening to reveal the imagery of Pete Dunne all by his lonesome. The European champion had a huge test in front of him. With the change of immortality just mere inches away from his grasp, Dunne wanted this date with destiny to be one remembered for many years to come. This was his chance to right all the wrongs, and most importantly to himself, to prove the entire world wrong. In the wake of the past month's actions and events, it was easy at times to forget the seeds that he been sewn slowly up until this very point. The past few months had seen both Pete Dunne, and Triple H's success story. With the epic conclusion of the Rise to Glory championship just a night away -- The entire world had a lot to cheer for. This was sure to be an epic war. One of which, Dunne looked to prevail.

PETE DUNNE
For several months now, I've given you people my time, and my effort. For several months, I've been tha' man to beat around here. And what have I received in return for my time and generosity?... (A small pause comes across Dunne who disgustedly shakes his head while glaring at his European championship.) I need to see an impact before I can even contemplate to fulfil my end of the deal and believe me it will be a long thinking process after all you've managed to scrimp together. I knew this plan would be risky, but your overcautious behaviour has only hindered what I set out to do in the first place! Here I am trying to make a change - a positive change - to this company, trying to represent WWEx as a brand that the world can be proud of, as an internationally televised program that parents can be assured to allow their children to watch safely and as an individual that EACH and EVERY Superstar, Lady, Official, Valet, Manager, whatever should look up to and you're squeaking like a mouse rather than roaring like a beast? Undermining everything tha' I have set out for, failing to support the notions I intend of exemplifying as part of the process to restore dignity to this entire business. (Dunne allows a small sigh to escape from his mouth as he glares over at his European championship.) I'm more than aware of wha' tha' people are sayin' 'bout me. (A disgusted scoff escapes Dunne.) These same people are sayin' my time is nearin' it's conclusion. People are sayin' tha' this Sunday? It's either TJP, or Bobby Roode's time to shine. But tha' truth is? I will prove 'em wrong once again. 'Cause that's wha' I always do. I prove tha' people wrong. Bobby Roode? Consider 'em finished. TJP? I already took his pride and joy, jus' look at it...

There was some heart felt passion escaping from the mouth of Dunne who proudly looks at his championship. The mere thought of putting TJ and Roode down for good was one Dunne was extremely passionate about. This was a sickening goal of his, but one he could very well make a possibility.

See I hear it nearly every week. I hear it every time I face an opponent, since they can’t tell me I have done nothing, they choose to say I didn’t earn what I was given. I don’t mind tha' they resort to that, I don’t care. Jealousy is a strange thing; it’ll cause people to do funny things. And since it’s hard to talk down to me considering I have done so much. Seeing as they are so unoriginal, seeing as they have nothing bad to say about my career. What do they all do? What do all these pathetic wrestlers do? They come out here and have the nerve to say that I have done nothing to earn what I have. That’s where they find themselves desperately digging for a way to put me down, knowing tha' they aren’t many ways you can do that. Do any of them know of the hardships I faced? DID ANY OF THEM DO WHAT I DID? (Dunne cracks a soft chuckle as he shakes his head from side to side.) I don’t think so. 'Cause unlike TJP, and Bobby Roode -- I had to fight for everything I've ever wanted. Every inch of blood, sweat, and tears tha' I've shed in the midst of this ring -- It all becomes worth it this Sunday. (Dunne runs his hand across his European championship. Showing just how proud he was of that accomplishment.) Tha' boys in tha' back disrespect me like no other because simply put they are JEALOUS. And I am fine with that it just means I have done so much, they don’t know how to react! But you know what they better never say it again! Every chance I get they get angry with me, they say that I didn’t deserve it. They say that I didn’t earn my shot at MY European championship. But after I took my European championship. I showed tha' world that I not only belong, but I run this entire show. This is my company now...

Dunne would further add onto his point as he would point directly to himself. A small scowl escapes Dunne as he slowly looks at his European champion. A soft nod follows Dunne as he swiftly resumes.

PETE DUNNE
It’s not all about matches against other champions, tha’s not the case. It is about making a damn impact! And I don’t think anyone does tha' quite as well as me. I DO THAT ON A WEEKLY BASIS! Why do you think Hunter chose me as tha' man to lead this company? It's cause deep down, Hunter knows I'm tha' man to run this show. Hunter know tha' Pete Dunne is tha' future of this company. It doesn't belong to AJ Styles. It doesn't belong to TJP, or even Bobby Roode. Tha' future of this company starts behind me. (A vengeful glare escapes Dunne as his eyes fixate directly on the camera in front of him.) Ya' see, Hunter has always been a man well endowed wit' business. wants to see ratings. And whether anyone wants to admit it, I am ratings. Whether you want to agree wit' me or not, you all know you tuned in to see me DESTROY every obstacle put in front of me. You people wanted to see me fail, but at every turn -- I proved you people wrong. And this Sunday? I prove you people wrong again, as I promise; I'm goin' to take everything TJP has ever loved, and I'm goin' to make it mine. Everything Bobby Roode has his sights set on? They're goin' to be mine. All mine.

Dunne would close his eyes for a brief moment as a sigh would escape him. Not one of defeat, but one of pride. This was the moment he had dreamed of. This was his chance to prove all the people wrong. This was his chance to finally cement his legacy. His chance to become a superstar.

PETE DUNNE
They say that I don’t earn it, but the fact of the matter is. I didn’t have to. See the difference between them and I is, one simple truth. That while they may say that I never earned what I got; they haven’t faced half the trials I have. And one thing more true then that is. That while they may think that they have been screwed they could have done what I did. Rather then sit around and wait for it, they could have TAKEN IT! But that’s what separates a man like me, to those lower level wrestlers like most of them in the back. They often say it's unfair tha' Hunter chose me. But tha' fact is -- I took every chance thrown at me. I slayed my best friend, Trent Seven in tha' back. Because deep down, I knew -- This was my chance to prove tha' entire world wrong. Tha 'chance I've waited so long for -- It's finally here. This is tha' moment I rewrite history, and I retain my championship. In doin' so, I cement my legacy at Wrestle Kingdom. (A heavy smile comes across Dunne who slowly nods his head with pride. Can you really blame him?) And when tha' time comes; I'll damn sure become tha' WWEx champion of tha' world.

The mentioning of the most prestigious championship in WWEx cause a moment of closure to come to Dunne who slowly nodded his head. He would slowly look at his European championship as he knew the implications of this match in general. This could ultimately make or break his career. Dunne had to give everything he had.

PETE DUNNE
You see, in order to get my point across -- I have to send a message directly to both Roode, and TJP. I don't care for either man, and I damn sure don't like either of 'em.Truth be told, I find TJP to be the most PATHETIC wrestler I have ever seen. Not to long ago he was provin' himself to be tha' man to beat 'round here. That was until I came in, and I screwed up everything he had goin' for him. People were sayin TJ was tha' man of this companies future. Do you know how disgusted I was when people said TJP was better than me? Tha' sheer disgust of knowin' people actually think TJP has a chance this Sunday? It's disgusting. IT's borderline criminal in some ways. See, wit' both TJP, and Bobby -- The two men wish they could be in my shoes. They wish they could be Pete Dunne. But in this world? We sometimes don't get wha' we want. And lads? This Sunday, I assure you tha' neither of you are goin' to get what you want. This championship? It's stayin' right here
on my shoulder. 'Cause I don't care if you boys like it or not. this is my championship. And it will always be mine,. (Dunne proudly thrust his championship into the air.) For TJ, and Roode -- I assure you tha' there will be no fairy tale ending. Their chance at survival is to be met by my cold hard fist.

Dunne would clinch his fist tightly to further add onto the point of using his fist to get his point across .Dunne would slowly raise his head as his eyes showed his cruel nature. His true intentions were shown for the entire world. Dunne slowly scoffs as he would resume. Looking to end on a strong note.

PETE DUNNE
This business has an ugly way of forgettin' people. Trent was enough proof of that. This Sunday reigns supreme as tha' deciding factor for tha' downfall of both Bobby Roode, and TJP. There is nothin' these men can do to stop me. This has been long overdue. This business has since become mine. As much as I strongly dislike, TJP -- I assure you this is nothin' personal, lad. The fact is you're just a statistic of my inevitable rise. And it'll end wit' me ending your career. But let's clear the room. Jealousy is the root of the problems that both TJ, and Roode have wit' me. And it's no secret that they've both had those problems with me for a lil' while now. And it brings me so much pride in knowin' that this Sunday -- After I rise to my inevitable glory; I end this chapter in my career, and I'll ultimately move onto bigger and better things. Failure is not an option. At least for Pete Dunne. For TJ, and Roode? IT's the forgone conclusion of tha' inevitable. So this Sunday, I'm looking forward to FINALLY putting an end to the excuses. If one more victory is what it takes, then that's EXACTLY what's going to happen. And then when it's all over, when I'm the last man standing wit' this companies future firmly in my hand; I can say I finally say I made it. I don't want to hear excuses. I don't want to hear the kind of childish name-calling and petty insults from Roode, or TJ. I just want them both to finally... finally... admit that they were beaten by the better athlete, the better champion, the better man! Cause after it's all said, and done -- That's simply what's best for business...

Those were the final words from Dunne as he would raise his head proudly. Once again thrusting his European championship into the air. This was the ultimate test. Three men with one ultimate goal. Who would ultimately rise to glory? Would Pete Dunne follow through with each of his promises, or would TJP, or even Bobby Roode thwart his ultimate plans? All this and more will be answered this Sunday!
