On my hands and knees like a common animal, trying to crawl to safety, trying to crawl to safe my pathetic life. Moving slowly, inch by inch, my hand now on my neck, the blood continuing to fall out of me, puddles of it forming below me as my crystal eyes glace over, my flesh going so pale, I feel so drained, I feel so empty, everything is slowly leaving me.

I was just about to fall face first into the ground when she grabbed a hold of me. Your arm around my waist and my arm around our shoulder, my head jerks back and forth, my mouth opening lightly as I would cough, spitting on the ground no saliva escaping me only crimson liquid.

All hope is gone, I am so tired, so very sleepy, my eyes only half open, I manage to catch a glimpse of my own hands, all colour drained from them, I cannot even feel them I cannot even move them. My eyes would raise up, all I see is black and white, all colour has been drained from this world.

"So….this is the end……."

I wanted to say more, I truly wanted to look at her one last time, but everything would shut down, my body going slump in her arms as I fall forward, hitting the ground, laying on my side, the last trail of blood slithering down my neck line and dripping onto the ground, my eyes only lightly open as there is no life inside them, yet they stare towards the women, looking at her, blaming her for killing him for no good reason.

She felt her hold on you slip away. She did not stop you as you thuded to the ground, crashing onto her knees beside you. The car was so close. The phone was on the seat. She could have called if she had really wanted to. She could have phoned an ambulance but that would not be enough to save you. She was the only one who could do anything to change your fate.

The colour that so briskly lined your features had drifted away. You were lying in a pool of your own blood. It was almost poetic had it not been painstakingly heart wrenching for her. She brushed a tear away. She had thought that she could handle seeing you like this, she assumed that it must have been easy for the one who made her. The last thing she wanted was to cause you pain... but you could not have the good without that sacrifice. This reasoning kept her from turning back.

She bit into her hand. Blood trickling down her fingertips.

"I feel like a bloody vampire." She took a deep breath, reaching down.

Droplets of ruby red fell into your parted lips, swirling down your tongue. Her hand dropped down. Placing the tip of her finger on your dry and pale lips, she painted them red. She knew it worked the moment she let her blood seep into your body. Her hand moved down to your chest. Your heart gave a strong thud. She could feel the newly awakened blood pulsing through your veins. The colour was returning to your skin, flooding your face. It was but the first of many transitions.

"See... I told you that you'd be ok." She smiled, her eyes kind. "Now open your eyes... wake up..."

I slowly walked through the darkness, my head twisting and turning as I look around for a way out of this despair. I see no light, I see no clouds, all I see is nothing, is this what death is like, emptiness, nothingness. Such a horrible fate, if I had known I would end up in darkness forever I would of held on for a little bit longer.

But something odd happened, the darkness started to fade and a flash of light consumed me, I brought my hands up over my face to protect myself as the light consumed me, and then before I knew it I could feel again, laying there on my side, my eyes still closed, my fingers twitching and my body jilting in shock of still being alive.

My back would arch lightly, my hands pushing into the ground behind me, my fingers even going as far to dig into the soil so that I can embrace the moist feeling, and at your command I push myself up into a proper sitting position, my crystal emerald eyes opening lightly at first then before my eyes go wide, I use one arm to quickly embrace you, the other staying behind me to keep me in my seated position.

"I'm alive because of you, thank you so much, you saved me!"

Such a fickle mind I have, still not seeing the bigger picture, still blanking out that she done this to me, all I care about is that I am not trapped within the darkness, I don't care anymore what so is, I can accept that in time. I would breathe in the cold air through my nose, my arm sliding off you as I would run my hand through my hair lightly messing it up, for some odd reason I feel refreshed, better than ever.

Is this what it is meant to feel like when you come back to live. Moments ago I had died but now I am back and feeling better than I have ever felt in my life. My eyes would just cross along her own as now more than ever I want to get the hell out of here as quickly as possible.

"Come on, I am taking you home, this has been one freaky experience, but the logical explanation is that we have been spiked!"

That was the only reason, the only way this could all have happened, it is all in my mind, it is all because if that party and what I drank and took. I must of merely passed out when she was giving me my surprise, I am such an embarrassment, such a light weight, hopefully we can out this night behind us and move on, this is not something that should be brought up in public, passing out on the ground when your about to get a very nice present.

She moved back as your body jolted up into a sitting position, her first thoughts immediately fearing your reaction to her. An eye for an eye as they might say. But it was the exact opposite. You held her, embrace her. She was confused, happy but confused. She listened to your words, closing her eyes and leaning her head upon your shoulder. She didn't deserve such a comfort but she drunk up every last drop, determined not to let such a thing escape her.

Her eyes flashed open when you sided with logic instead of what your eye truly saw. She rolled her eyes, knowing that convincing you would be a lot more difficult than she though. "Bloody humans," She thought. "No wonder that think werewolves are only fiction."

She pushed herself back, looking at you in your face. She tried to see anything wrong, anything manifesting itself as a result of her blood. Her eyes came up with nothing. Perhaps she had not used enough of her blood. But from what she had learned, a drop is enough. Its just a matter of time before it starts taking hold.

She sighed then giggled. "Let's go to your place. I have no idea how we ended up out here."

She thought it best to amuse you in your spiked theory. It would give your body time to adjust and a peace of mind that she could not offer you. Her eyes flashed down to the blood around them, she hid her hand behind her back, shielding the blood from you. She did not want to have to explain why there were teeth marks in her hand or why there was a faint scar lining your neck from where she bit you.

Everything was how they say confusing, I would use one hand to push myself up and I stand there on my own two feet, lightly unstable at first as I wobble back and forward, tossing my arms upwards into the air, my bones cracking as I stretch lightly, my body so sore and riddled with pain from my hard fall it seems.

I take note of how to say, your lack of clothing, slipping out of my jacket and merely placing it around your shoulders, goodness you should of caught your death of cold out here. My right index finger would find its way to my chin as I ponder for a moment, not even noticing that I am standing in a puddle of my own blood, but besides it would be to dark to see it none the less.

I stand there, my head turning around as I look behind me, the dimmed out flash lights of my car shining in our direction, my eyes glance down to my hand, spreading my fingers lightly, all colour is so disoriented and blurry, there is no way I am driving and even worse you do not even have a licence.

"Hmmmmmm………."

I would mutter, thinking of something. My mind going a mile a minute, so many thoughts and odd feelings rushing throughout me. My hand finding its way up to the side of my head, my eyes closing in pain as I take one step back lightly, almost losing my footing.

My body aches, and my body is roasting, it feels like I am on fire, I should be freezing, especially after giving you my jacket, perhaps the fall to the ground has hurt my head, a nasty bump that goes unchecked could end in disaster.

"Take me to your place…..please….."

I say weakly, for those brief seconds I felt new and improved, but now it has all came crashing down around me. I feel awful, I feel worse than before, my body just feels so light but also at the same time so tense. It hurts to move, it even hurts to speak.

My crystal eyes opening once more as I stand there, knowing that you live somewhere here, knowing and remembering that we where meant to be going to your place. I just feel so odd and I must be freaking you out, getting up so easily and then finding it hard to walk, to talk and even more odd finding it hard to breathe without coughing lightly.

This is a hangover, nothing more nothing less, I Must have been out for ages and now I am feeling terrible. I move forward again, taking slow steps towards you, reaching out for your support, to help me.

"I don't know what's wrong with me…everything hurts so much….."

I say before losing my footing, falling down I manage to land on my knees, hunching over a fraction and heaving, my hands spread into the ground, into the small puddles of blood, my eyes widen a fraction as I feel my fingers dipping into the crimson pools of liquid, before my head shots upwards, my eyes locking onto your own, this was no dream, this was not because of drinking nor drugs, this was what I saw, this is because of her, because of the wolf.

"You……….what have you done to me!"
