Warm. Thats what it was, the brisk ambiance of a seemingly forever lasting tranquillity which has absorbed the surrounding lands. Hardly anyone with the right sense would deem this anything but decent. The grand beauty of a bright warmth, illuminated even more so by the teasing show of flickers and silhouettes of not shadow but light caused by the heavily looming trees. The edge of this small kingdom was very much a paradise it its own right, even if there were others who didnt always appreciate so. And even though it was off the commoners roads to experience such a sight, to those who made the venture would hardly be disappointed.
To the distance, there was just fields and fields of green grass, you would find yourself right outside this massive forest. The wind blows hard at your back blowing you past a few trees as you have now entered the forest, the wind blowing past you as it carries a light hearted tune. The artwork of her magnificence, the song of her own elegance, that of the natural denizens to offer thanks and praise caressed the ears of those present. Soothing, beautiful even, the music to the dynamic theatre of ones own creation was just as tranquil as it was alluring, almost a dream to where a reality was only a conscious effort away. This forest was indeed one of a kind. Everything seems so perfect, the trees are nicely spread apart, the grass is green and soft and there is not one leaf or stick or anything on the ground ruining it, this is a perfect forest, but the only thing is that from your walking you would see everything looks the same and the only thing missing from this place is the wildlife.

The small boy of fourteen closed his eyes, feeling the warmth of the sun on his pale face and thinking of how strange it was that although the sun was no different from that in England, he could feel something new... lasting... but knowing that anything good came with a price, he opened up his eyes, revealing their intense blue as the wind plagued his raven black hair, pushing it in front of him. The boy was not wearing anything to suggest a hike, but a long sleeved shirt with a black vest and matching black pants.
He walked forward it was like he couldn't stop himself, his own curiosity about this luscious forest was pulling him in but he felt this was not just the case. His interest in nature was little, to the point of nothing at all. To him, they became a distraction for he had to be more wary within the walls of these ancient trees.
Absently he carried his hand across the tree, feeling the rough bark on his finger tips as the wind carried him further into the forest.

The wind would blow lightly past the young man as he walks threw the forest, his black hair flickers lightly at his side as it twirls gracefully in the air, his shoes that he wares would lightly press and sink into the ground as he walks on forward on the soft grass, and yet he has been walking for nearly thirty minutes he would notice one important thing.
Nothing.
There is no sound at all, only the sound he is making himself, the branches lightly blow a bit and the leafs crackle but thats all, there is no sound of birds singing or animals gracing or playing, the only sound that can be heard is the sound he is making by his walking.
With the wind blowing he could almost here the sound of laughter, the sound of a mocking voice, a gently soft voice that travels threw the air and speaks silently to him, telling him that he will never get out of this place, that he is doomed to stay here for eternity, that he is doomed to be apart of it soon
That this place is indeed different, a paradise to some but a curse to others, it is how you see it and except the oncoming change that will show if you truly want this or not. Everything here will never age or die and if one chooses to stay here, they will never age or die as well, this place is indeed a perfect forest even if it is missing one important thing it is still the perfect place to stay.

He looked up to the sky, feeling flickers of light pass over his face. He had expected to hear some sort of animal, some type of bird's cry but it was as silent as the grave. Things didn't add up, it didn't make sense for a forest this large to be of all things, quiet where only the rustling of trees and the faint sound of snapping electricity was heard as the leaves and branches occasionally collided with each other, whether moving from the wind or not, he did not know. He stopped in his tracks and listened, his hearing was stronger than most, more inhuman, but even he could not pick up the rustling of an insect or the soft steps of a rabbit.
He drew in a sharp intake of breath when the soft whispering reached his ears. He spun around quickly, positive that it came from behind him but there was nothing there. He looked around, searching for the source and listening to the words it had to utter in such a spooky way.
"This has got to be a joke." He said quietly, his eyes narrowing.
He closed his eyes and smirked at his own foolishness at being frightened by such a thing. Normally he would call the perpetrator out of hiding to face him... but what do you do when it is the forest that is against you?
He would only smile at the grim satisfaction he would have of tearing these woods to shreds if the whispers beating in his mind were true, that he could never escape this place. But acting on this impulse was only a last resort... he was still wondering what was pulling the strings to this almost haunted place... and a idea shot into his mind...
He knelt down and examined the earth, trying to look for any creature's tracks but there was nothing but his own and even now he felt them fading away as a strong breeze pounded against his kneeling form. He smirked and threw his right arm out to the side, flashes of blue shooting from his fingertips and colliding with the nearest ancient oak tree.

The young man just stands there as the wind gently and softly blows at his body, his clothes blow back a bit against his body as his hair blows back as while and swirls and twirls in the cool airs breeze. The man would just stand there and he would be all alone, the voice has now left and is done with mocking him, its ancient and foreign words still lightly rung in his head but over all the voice is gone leaving him there alone, the only think that keeps him company is himself.
Silence
That as well keeps his company, the young man is nearly at the centre of the forest, a few more minutes of walking and he would be near, and he would see what has caused this forest to be this way, for on a boulder a old ancient and very powerful book lies on it opened up to the middle pages. This book was left here to be the thing that would make this forest great again and give it life once more.
For the young man that stands there the sound of ripping and shredding is heard by his ears as at the back of his trousers has a small hole in them. A small stubby tail has growing out of the hole in his ripped trousers. It flicked lightly in the cool summers breeze as the pure white patch of fur on it is as clear as snow, it flickers back and forth with a mind of its own as the man would just stand there as a few leafs would break of a near by tree and float down to the ground.

His ears strain for another flicker of sound from those voices he had heard but the silence was so irresolute that it felt like he had imagined it all.
Walking on forward his eyes narrowed at something in the distance, quite out of place to the rest of the forest. As he walked the sunlight flashed into his eyes for a moment blinding him and then he heard it, a strange ripping sound. The boy halted, trying to find the source of the noise and then he saw it, a fluffy black tail sticking out of the back of his pants, flickering and moving like it was alive. He extended his hand and touched it then withdrew his hand sharply as if he'd been bitten.
"What the hell..."
He looked back over at the boulder, moving out of the sun and noticing for the first time, a book lying open on the stone's cold surface. He walked towards it, staring down at the old book, afraid to touch it in case it crumbled beneath his fingertips.
"Trees obviously don't write in books... a human must be behind it..."

The sound of laughing could lightly be heard in the wind as the young man would be brought down onto his knees in front of the book, the power of this magical item to great for a mere mortal, the book would take pleasure in knowing that what has happened to him is very amusing, the trees blow lightly as it would seem they are leaning in a bit to mock the girl more and more for what is happening to him.
The boy would move and get up, with a blink of his eyes the objects in front of him, the boulder and the book are gone, he has been transported to another place in the paradise forest to finish his eternal change, he just stands there his new tail would lightly flicker back and forth as the wind blows at him, the forest can sense that this boy is not like other humans that have came threw here oh no, the evil that lies deep with in him is indeed great and also disturbing at the same time. For this boy had almost reached the centre of the forest until this horrific thing had happened to him and it is clear that he can not accept it and yet it is only the start of the horror that is still to happen to him. So close to the book her was and now so far.
As the sound of tearing and ripping can be heard yet the boy cant hear it yet for some odd reason. His shoes start to stretch and tear at the sides, the leather fabric stands no chance and gives way as his shoes basically explode as the leather fabric lies around his now bare feet as his socks suffered the same fate as they ripped to shreds as well, his feet well they arent really feet any more, they are lightly fusing together now, toes merging together as a dark thick blackness consumes them, his feet no more now, his toes fused together fully now, the darkness taken over, all that is there is little thin hoofs.

He looked up and around at the sound of laughter before he fell to his knees, the force of which unknown. Cringing as he tried to fight against it, the boy tried to stand, managing to get into a half kneeling position before he felt everything around him change. The binds that held him down disappeared and he was standing in a different and oddly haunting part of the forest.
He looked around for the book and boulder but he was able to guess roughly what happened. "So the book is your weakness," He said to the forest smirking, "Do not think that you can keep it away from me for long."
He suddenly looked down as his feet burst from his shoes and socks, leaving them shredded and cast around his... hooves? He couldn't believe it... it was too weird. His feet were black and shinny hooves. A wolf he had once become... but a horse. He stopped in mid-thought. He had to get out of here... but as he tried to walk he stumbled, the cause of which was his deformed feet. "... shit..."

The boy would walk forward as he walks in and between the trees his hands run over the dark off them as he wants to feel them and no what they are like. His nose pushes out a bit and that in turn is followed by his jaw, they push out a bit more as his nostrils would then flatten and widen a bit as the tip of his nose starts to turn black and a bit wet. Another gust of wind hits him and this time he can feel it more thanks to her cold wet nose. Walking was indeed hard as he kept staggering back and forth as he could not balance himself for long.
He was right to be scared, everything about him was being stripped away, his feet are gone causing him unable to walk right, se wobbles back and forth as he moves in and out between the trees, his small tail would flicker back and forth as the wind gently blows at him, if he fought the first two changes in his body where bad then wait till he feels her face as he will have a heart attack.
The wind stops blowing for a few seconds as it would then right away pick right back up. The wind blows hard now as your ears would lightly twitch and flicker back and forth. His once human ears have shifted and sided up his skull a bit and elongated, they are now long and covered in a soft brown fur. Now with his face lightly changed her ears have also changed a bit to match his new face.
And of course with all this happening this boy is going to panic so badly and that is not what this forest wants, this is a paradise, a place where people have long searched for and now she is spitting back at the forest for it just trying to give him a more suitable body for her to live in while he stays at this place forever.

His nose and face was starting to become itchy, it felt wrong and a horrible thought occurred to him. His gaze moved from his hoofed feet - as he struggled painstakingly to walk without falling over - and up his body. But he could find nothing but his swishing tail flickering behind him in the wind that had changed. His hand went to his face. His eyes widened for a moment as he felt the soft fur now adorning his once pale features.
His hands gingerly moved over his mouth which had been replaced by a snout small by normal standards but this was far from normal and it was oddly cold and wet. He rubbed his forehead, he should have expected that this transformation wouldn't just stop with some
His panic at finding the accursed book was beginning to tell as his pace quickened. For a split second he got the urge to walk on all fours and in that moment he tripped over a large branch and fell forward on his hands and knees. His eyes flashed red in anger, his blood boiling to the surface, like his eyes were drinking it up hungrily. He blinked irritably as he felt his eyes give a painful twinge that had nothing to do with the colour. His eyes were turning more almond shaped, getting larger with each moment.
He clenched his hands and willed himself to stand. It was a strange thing, to feel your body slowly changing and tearing away the parts of you that once existed. He wasn't becoming something more... he had already reached the top of the evolutionary scale... being a genetically engineered human and then a vampire made him excel just that bit further than others. Which meant that this forest shouldn't be able to change him, he was too strong for such methods.

The young boy would just lie there still on hid side, he had fallen down once more in his foolish attempts to walk on his oddly shaped two legs. The anger that he realises past his lips echos threw out the entire forest the wind picks up and blows and carries his scream of pain threw out the empty forest. It is clear he is getting desperate as he is attempting to do what ever he can to not change, for someone to be on the top of the food chain and then to be knocked down a few begs to become a common deer of the forest must be a most horrific thing indeed, no matter what he does and where he goes, this forest will strip him bare and reward him with a new body, after all the boy wanted this, he found paradise and so being that he needed the body that he could be happy in while he stays here.
This is why when he tries to get back up to attempt to get out of the forest he would be greeted by a clopping sound, his hands are no more, the flesh and bone have melted right away into two black moulds, two hooves exactly identical to the ones at the end of his now finished hind legs. His trousers are now becoming a strain on him as they then just totally give way as they tear apart, the fabric ripping and then fluttering down to the ground to rest between his two hooves, her last real chance for this was ruined, the forest had to react fast to what she was doing, it was unexpected that she would do this so her hands had to go. It is an odd sight to see, a boy with the lower body of a deer, ripped trousers stuck at the end of his hind legs, and his little brown tail flickering back and forth happily.
Now that he knows she can be saved and these changes will not stop what will he do, his hands are no more and his legs have fully changed, from the waist down anything and everything down there that made him a human is no more, from waist down it is just the hind legs of a young deer, and to top it off the wind blows lightly and his little tail flickers happily back and forth.

He watched his hands change with horror, the idea of becoming an animal was, if possible, even more terrifying than being captured by his enemies. He tried to flex his fingers, trying to stop the transformation at all costs but even as he watched, his hands became nothing more than hooves. Banging them irritably on the ground, as he was no longer able to stand properly for the bottom half of his body had changed into that of deer legs. With a pang he thought of what his Master would say if she saw him in this state. Managing a small smirk he again, tried to walk forward on his two hind legs. He tripped over his shredded pants but managed not to fall over as he used his transformed hands to stop his fall.
"There's no use for it..." He muttered as he felt his spine crack and move into a more appropriate position for that of a deer as his arms grew just that little bit longer, growing muscles in strange places as his body began to rearrange itself.
He shut his eyes, trying to think but all he could feel was his body trying to accommodate the transformation, like his will was not enough to stop the drastic transformation. He fell back onto his butt in a very odd sitting position as his small tail flickered from side to side without his knowledge. It was indeed a strange sight, a half transformed boy with the hind legs of a deer, hooves for his feet and hands, a strangely elongated face sprouting chestnut coloured fur with two large almond shaped eyes adorning his face that were filling up with black, like ink was being poured into them, consuming the whites of his eyes. He raised a hoofed hand to his head, only just noticing what his once human ears had become; long and furry, twisting to the slightest sound in this secluded forest.
"... who do I have to kill to get this damned curse off me...?" He said looking around the forest and thinking hard... if only he knew which direction the book was in...
